Video Content Creator / Videographer

From product to video – and from video to conversion

At Karsten International, everything revolves around products that work. Smart gadgets, beauty tools, cleaning innovations, and more. We sell them through marketplaces and our own webshops.

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator who knows how to visually present products in an appealing, clear, and effective way. Not for likes, but for results. Whether you're visually explaining a product USP, filming an unboxing, or editing lifestyle footage, your videos are compelling, clear, and brand aligned.

You’ll work in-house but with the energy and agility of a creative producer. You think along, take ownership, and collaborate directly with our content and marketing specialists. And yes, you’ll occasionally create content for TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, but always with the product and target audience at the core.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating, filming, and editing product-focused videos for marketplaces, our own webshops, and social media. Mix video shoots with AI tools to create the best product-focused content.
• Producing how-to videos, product explainers, unboxings, lifestyle and UGC-like clips, and more.
• Translating product benefits into sharp, visually effective content formats.
• Safeguarding video quality and consistency across multiple brands.
• Helping shape visual guidelines and improving our listing content from a video perspective.
• Working closely with our content team, designers, and marketplace specialists.

What you bring:

• You can run a full video production independently: from concept to post-production.
• You’re a creative all-rounder: camera, lighting, sound, editing – you’ve got it covered.
• You're fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite apps like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for editing, scripting, voiceover, or planning is a must.
• You stay up to date on the latest video trends and apply them with purpose.
• You work fast, flexibly, and independently – but thrive in a team environment.
• You have a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of brand consistency, and a practical mindset.
• You think commercially and know what works on platforms like Bol.com, Amazon, and webshops.
• Bonus: experience with graphic design, photography, motion design, or animation is a plus.
