The Role

As Marketing Manager NL & BE, you are responsible for bringing iwell’s commercial and marketing strategy to life within our two core markets. You take the global marketing strategy and translate it into country-specific plans, ensuring the approach fits our segments, ICPs, and local market dynamics.

You work closely with the Head of Marketing, Country Managers of NL and BE, Sales, and a mix of specialized agencies to build and execute targeted campaigns. From performance marketing to events, from LinkedIn thought leadership to email nurturing, you will be responsible for orchestrating all activities that drive awareness, credibility, and pipeline.

Success in this role means:

  • Building a clear, prioritized annual marketing plan per country
  • Running integrated campaigns across paid, social, email, content, and events
  • Aligning tightly with Sales on goals, progress, and expected outcomes
  • Ensuring all activities are measurable and tracked accurately in HubSpot
  • Delivering consistent pipeline contribution in your markets
  • You thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment and know how to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the iwell-wide marketing strategy into annual NL & BE country marketing plans, aligned with segment priorities and country leadership.
  • Build, brief, and manage agencies and creatives to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting) tailored to the NL & BE markets.
  • Coordinate content, email marketing, and social media initiatives that support credibility and demand generation.
  • Organize and execute local events, ranging from small roundtables to larger industry expos.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align targets, ICPs, segments, and follow-up processes.
  • Ensure all activities are measured in HubSpot, with clear reporting on funnel performance and contribution to pipeline.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize performance using data, insights, and experimentation.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in energy, tech, SaaS, or scale-up environments.
  • You have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (must-have).
  • You are experienced in running and optimizing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting).
  • You understand how to build integrated country marketing plans across paid, social, content, email, and events.
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable using data enrichment tools, analytics, AI-driven insights, and automation.
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus for BE.
  • You are proactive, structured, and confident working with agencies, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • You have experience with Google Workspace, GA4, Looker Studio, Figma (nice to have).
