BearingPoint is looking for a Manager to join our Energy & Utilities team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work on strategic transformation projects, helping clients navigate the complexities of the energy transition and implement innovative solutions.

As a Manager Energy Transition at BearingPoint, you will lead a multidisciplinary team on challenging assignments within the Energy sector. As a team you deliver complex projects that play an important role in realizing the energy transition.

Your future tasks include:

• Deliver end-to-end solutions: strategy design, transformation management, stakeholder engagement, and senior management presentations.
• Actively think with clients about business strategies, development and integration of innovative concepts and technologies, and transformation plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and translate them into actionable projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to the growth of the Energy & Utilities practice within the European BearingPoint network.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in a technical, business, or energy-related field.
• Interest in energy transition and understanding of the utilities industry.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding.
• Proven consultative selling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English.
• 7-15 years of relevant consulting or business experience.
• Preferred candidates have experience in topics such as Business Strategy, Digital Operations, Transformation Management, Organizational Design, or Operational Excellence.
