During this internship at Rabobank, you will design and develop a Centralized Query Portal that serves as a single intake channel for compliance and procedure-related queries. This project will streamline query management, reduce duplication, and enable SLA tracking and reporting.

You will:

  • Design the portal structure and workflow.
  • Configure query categorization and routing.
  • Develop a reporting dashboard for SLA and trend analysis.
  • Document the process and create handover guidelines.
  • Contribute to team projects relating to effectiveness and engagement.

You will work closely with a content expert who will provide oversight and subject matter expertise throughout the project.

  • You are currently pursuing an HBO/WO degree.
  • You have basic knowledge of web tools or SharePoint.
  • You have the ability to develop dashboards and analyze data.
  • You have strong documentation skills.
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • You demonstrate ownership and initiative.
