Help Secure and Shape the IT Backbone for Over 9 Million Customers

Within Foundation4Tech, you will be the Solution Architect for the Distributed Networks area. This area houses three key squads that are responsible for Akamai, Zscaler, SD-Branch, and Clearpass services within Rabobank. You translate technical challenges into scalable solutions and ensure a secure, reliable, and future-proof infrastructure. In this role, you are the linchpin between technology, strategy, and collaboration. As a Solution Architect, you work closely with fellow architects and Solution Engineers and guide the Distributed Networks teams.

You help secure and shape the IT backbone for over 9 million customers in more than 40 countries, ensuring always-on, secure, and resilient operations.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,381 and EUR 7,687 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.

• Guide the architecture process within Distributed Networks, converting business and IT requirements into technical and functional solution architectures.
• Support the Area Architect with the creation of the Target Architecture and IT roadmap.
• Decide and align on solution topics with the Product Owner and Tech Lead, explaining consequences of alternative solutions.

• Communicate Solution Architecture to stakeholders, including squads, product owners, area architects, and area leads.
• Guide squads with development conforming to architecture and monitor compliance together with business and IT.
• Organise decision-making on proposed deviations and drive backlogs to solve architectural and technical debts.

You & your talent

• Experience with Akamai, Zscaler, SD-Branch, and Clearpass services.
• Ability to translate business and IT requirements into technical and functional solution architecture.
• Experience with software and IT infrastructure in a large, complex environment.
