As an Allocator, you’ll supervise and assess the flow and distribution of stock across your very own seasonal assortment. By monitoring sales performance and analysing allocation and replenishment reports, you’ll make recommendations to improve stock availability and drive individual store performance.

How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam and reporting to the Allocation Team Supervisor, you’ll:

• Plan allocation and replenishment criteria based on store capacity, seasonality and other factors with the help of the Allocation Team Supervisor.
• Supervise the channel assortment strategy, ensuring it aligns with merchandising’s wider approach.
• Set up and maintain merchandising data to ensure information is accurate, product availability is high, and delivery schedules are met.
• Recommend actions to Merchandise Planners based on your store analysis.
• Coordinate end-of-season stock transfers and store opening and closing projects.

More about you.

• Qualification gained in a business-, number- or analysis-related subject.
• At least 2 years of experience in an allocation and merchandise-based role with experience in the retail industry.
• A track record in administration, database management and data analysis.
• A keen interest in the product and an affinity for sports fashion.
• Strong Excel skills and command of written and spoken English.
