Job Description

As an Ops Finance Senior Analyst, you will offer valuable insight and business support to the EMEA construction team. You will be part of a team that assists in making key decisions using both financial and non-financial KPIs, and you will be responsible for cash flow forecasting by leveraging existing and new processes, systems, and software. In this role, you will support project managers and the commercial management team with day-to-day queries, and you will also support a regular cadence of reporting, including the timely delivery of budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Form a strong business partnering relationship with key stakeholders including construction project managers, commercial managers, AP, and other finance teams.
  • Prepare templates and project cost reports, and provide analysis and presentations to enable the reporting, budget, and forecast process.
  • Assist in monthly variance commentary, providing tangible insights.
  • Help build effective planning and reporting processes.
  • Solve complex problems and provide solutions for reporting and task efficiency.
  • Exercise judgment based on financial analysis using multiple sources of information.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and analysis as required.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior business leaders.
  • Experience with Hyperion (PBCS).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Business partnering experience preferred.
  • Enthusiastic with a passion to learn.
