Join ASML’s Sourcing & Supply Chain (SS&C) Academy and help transform learning through data-driven insights and automation.

The Academy partners with the business to identify learning opportunities that improve performance and team dynamics. We design and deliver impactful training programs, and now we want to scale our reporting and analytics capabilities. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in building sustainable, automated solutions for learning needs analysis, training catalog insights, and completion/consumption reporting. This internship offers freedom, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on how we measure and improve learning effectiveness.

Your Assignment

You will explore existing tools, analyze data, and develop solutions that enable smarter decision-making for learning and development. Key deliverables include:

  • Analyze training catalog data, learning needs, and consumption/completion metrics.
  • Investigate current ASML tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Excel, LMS platforms).
  • Advise on the most suitable tools and methods for automation and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, macros, or scripts to automate reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Academy team to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Document processes and create handover materials for sustainability.

This is a (thesis) internship for a minimum of 5 months. It requires an investment of 32-40 hours per week, out of which 3 days per week are onsite in Veldhoven. It is set to start in February 2026.
