As a Solution Consultant in the Consumer Account & Relocation Services (CARS) team at PostNL, you will help elevate our Consumer Account and related services to the next level. You will translate business needs into smart IT solutions and collaborate closely with various specialists within and around the team.

In this role, you will be part of an agile team focused on our Online Account & Receiver Services, used daily by millions of consumers. Through a PostNL Consumer Account, users can directly manage their data and preferences—such as setting delivery preferences to determine where and when they receive parcels, as well as how they wish to be contacted.
Additionally, the team is responsible for various consumer services, including managing relocations, forwarding mail when moving house or during temporary absences, and collaborating with PostNL’s commercial department. This collaboration allows our business customers to update consumer relocation details directly in their systems.
You have a strong solution-oriented mindset and understand the challenges faced by both developers and the business. You will translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions and create clear assignments for developers. Alongside this, you ensure proper alignment between IT and business, actively contributing new ideas and driving continual improvements.
Leveraging your SAFe/Agile expertise, you will work efficiently with other Solution Consultants and help teams grow further. You excel at stakeholder management and know how to prioritize tasks for the best possible results. You will work in a hybrid environment—part of the team on-site, part of it online—and the working language is English. The team meets weekly.
You will join an agile team within the Business IT Digital Consumer department, which is responsible for our digital touchpoints for consumers. This team comprises solution consultants, developers, QA specialists, and IT experts who jointly ensure a reliable and rapidly evolving product. The atmosphere is informal yet results-oriented, focusing on collaboration and innovation.
