Summary

Join our dynamic OCM Advisory team as a Consultant, executing strategic tasks and coordinating projects to drive organizational change aligned with strategic goals. As an OCM Advisory Consultant, you will provide advanced execution and project coordination in areas such as applying change frameworks, measuring business outcomes, and driving successful change adoption. You will engage in stakeholder alignment, strategic training, and organisational design to maximise effectiveness. Your role will also involve managing workstreams and overseeing deliverables, ensuring readiness for future state changes.
