Do you have experience with the execution of large projects that have bank-wide implications and do you get energy from dealing with complex stakeholder fields? Do you have affinity with regulatory compliancy, data and reporting and are you willing to learn more about these topics? Do you, moreover, understand the importance of data quality in the implementation of large-scale initiatives? Then you are the candidate we are looking for!

Your Job

As an Integrator for the Compass use case delivery within the Finance & Risk Data value chain, you will take charge of project management and oversight. In this role, you will act as a vital connector between key stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Business, Accounting, Reporting, Credit Risk, Change Teams (Grids), IT Functions, as well as enterprise and domain architects.

You will have a thorough understanding of the data value chain implemented by Compass for the use cases (such as reports and models) and will coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary Teams within the value chain. Your role will involve active participation in the day-to-day activities of these Teams while maintaining a clear overview of the entire chain.

With your solid knowledge of data and reporting processes, you will be adept at identifying inefficiencies or gaps in collaboration among Teams. Leveraging this insight, you will work to enhance communication and cooperation, driving improvements across the value chain.

Your work includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Development of program plans and detailed implementation plans;
  • Facilitate and chair meetings between project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective collaboration, with a focus on resolution of challenges and issues to drive progress;
  • Monitor progress against project timelines within the various dimensions of the project and act on deviations swiftly;
  • Focus on strong delivery execution through a professional way of working;
  • Track project risks and issues, dependencies on other programmes, business-as-usual activities, and interdependencies between workstreams;
  • Reporting project progress and risks to senior management;
  • Stakeholder management between the different change owners.

Your Profile

You have:

  • 10+ years of work experience, of which several in regulatory change projects;
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level education;
  • Relevant project management experience, preferably in financial institutions;
  • Experience in stakeholder management, both on senior and lower levels;
  • Familiarity with working in a regulated environment from a credit risk / finance perspective;
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a must; professional working proficiency (especially spoken) in Dutch is strongly preferred.

In order to maintain and improve regulatory compliancy and to support strategic Finance and Risk ambitions, it is instrumental that the associated change activities are managed in an effective and efficient manner. These change activities are managed via several large scale programs across the (Finance & Credit Risk) data value chain for which the ultimate responsibility lies with the Finance and Risk business grids. In your job as Integrator / project manager you will be supporting the Compass program by managing one of the sub clusters. This value chain wide program is established to deliver a compliant Finance & Risk data and reporting Architecture.
