About the Role

Join our Application Operations team and experience how IT directly enables global Sales & Marketing performance. You’ll work hands-on with leading SaaS and Business-Intelligence platforms and help keep our commercial ecosystem running smoothly. Your ideas and initiatives can directly improve the productivity of hundreds of users.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support daily application operations for tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Mendix platforms
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks – act proactively and propose improvements
• Develop small automations or process optimizations to speed up recurring workflows
• Collaborate with senior team members to enhance service quality and user satisfaction
• Contribute to cross-team initiatives that increase the reliability of our business-critical systems

Your Profile:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Business Informatics, or a similar field
• Structured, proactive, and self-driven working style
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in modern SaaS ecosystems and how IT enables business growth
• Fluent in English
