Business Systems Specialist

Job Summary

As a member of the global Infor CoE team (Center of Excellence), you will support and drive best practice usage of ERP and ERP-related solutions across our Civil and Defense Business Lines. While your initial focus will be within the Netherlands, you will also engage and support our global sites. We are currently transforming the Baan ERP software into the latest version of Infor LN across our GKN Fokker business, making this an exciting time to join the team as we strive for standardized ways of working across our Aerospace and Defense business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of ERP LN
  • Collaborate with functional owners and key users in the business
  • Test and verify system functionality within new and existing systems and solutions
  • Work alongside other global IT functions, including IT operations, security, project management, and IT business partners
  • Ensure the business is aware of the latest capabilities and drive standard application best practices
  • Patch and update systems
  • Control and support the change request process
  • Provide business support, including incident management, training, and discussions
  • Support and supervise projects, including work with external parties
  • Stay up to date with professional knowledge
  • Optimize business processes with the latest technology

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, data, or business analysis
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Infor LN is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in business language and turn business objectives into actionable technical plans

  • A gross monthly salary on Grade L1, depending on your experience and role readiness, according to the CLA Metalektro
