We’re looking for a Project Manager - Interactive Experiences to join our team at INDG. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-end interactive web experiences , from initial client contact through to final deployment. Working closely with our Art Director, Tech Lead, and Solution Manager, you’ll ensure projects are executed with both creative excellence and technical precision.

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Lead interactive web projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, asset creation, data prep, solution management) to define project scope and translate client needs into actionable plans
  • Coordinate with the Art Director and Tech Lead to align visual and technical execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Facilitate team communication, stand-ups, and reviews to keep progress on track
  • Identify risks and proactively communicate and resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support the Solution Manager in shaping project scopes and technical approaches
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies - especially in AI and interactive media - and apply relevant insights to projects
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to improve future workflows and outcomes

Would be amazing if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Digital Media, Interactive Design)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital or creative environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with interactive web technologies and visual production pipelines
  • Affinity with 3D, real-time 3D, visual storytelling, or creative tech is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with integrations (e.g., lead generation forms, authentication, data handling)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, visually driven environment
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
  • Fluent English
