About the role

As a Courier HR Process Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting, improving, and ensuring quality within key Courier HR processes. Alongside day-to-day support for business-as-usual (BAU) improvements, you’ll act as the process SME (Subject Matter Expert) for major initiatives that help us achieve our organizational objectives.

You’ll constantly look for opportunities to make processes more cost-effective and operationally efficient — without compromising on courier engagement or service levels. In this role, you’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize HR operations processes. You’ll act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any issues or change requests related to HR operational changes, monitor process quality, perform root cause analyses, and implement effective controls to prevent future errors.

  • Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement within HR processes
  • Proven ability to develop clear, simple, and comprehensive SOPs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse groups
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and support during development and implementation
  • Strong process-thinking mindset and solid project management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce content that is easy for others to understand

Your background

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in continuous improvement or operations within multinational corporations
  • Experience in HR, logistics, or process optimization is a plus
