Our team of seasoned entrepreneurs has built successful businesses in fintech and e-commerce (such as HelloFresh, Bloomon, and SumUp). We started our journey in the Netherlands and have made a significant impact there. Since last year, we also serve customers in France and Germany and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

We’re the team making insurance work for everyone and everything. At Insify, our Insurance crew ensures the right coverages are available, affordable, and make sense for today’s entrepreneurs. We bridge customer needs and carrier capabilities—constantly exploring, negotiating, and building better insurance solutions. From partnering with top carriers to developing our own products, we ensure our platform delivers complete, seamless coverage. Whether it’s a roofer in Rotterdam or a freelance designer in Berlin, we’re here to make sure no one’s left out. Our team includes insurance pros, actuaries, and product ops experts working hand-in-hand with product, legal, and compliance to reshape insurance from the inside out.

You’ll work alongside experienced insurance experts, product managers, and cross-functional teams to learn how to build, launch, and improve digital insurance products that are simple, fast, and fair. Whether you're exploring customer needs, prioritizing features, or supporting product launches, this traineeship is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop a product mindset, and grow into a key player in a fast-moving, purpose-driven company.

What you will be doing

• Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews, prioritizing features that solve key pain points.
• Use data-driven insights to improve our products and business decisions.
• Collaborate with insurance and reinsurance providers to bring new products to market.
• Take ownership of projects from day one, working alongside experienced founders and product leaders.

What you'll need

• Recent graduates (or early-career professionals) with a degree in business, finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• A problem-solver who loves tackling complex challenges and turning them into simple, elegant solutions.
• Analytical & data-driven mindset, with a passion for using insights to drive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial & adaptable, excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch & English.
• Eager to learn and grow quickly, taking on responsibility from day one.
• Bonus points if you already have experience in the Insurance/Insurtech industry!
