Project Manager Corporate

vidaXL is looking for an experienced Project Manager with the ability to bring structure, challenge the business constructively, and ensure successful delivery across multiple corporate domains. In this role, you’ll turn strategic initiatives into concrete outcomes, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving measurable progress in a dynamic international environment. You will take full ownership of projects that shape vidaXL’s corporate backbone, covering Finance, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Corporate IT. You’ll define success, coordinate delivery, and ensure tangible results that improve control, efficiency, and collaboration. We’re looking for someone who focuses on outcomes rather than bureaucracy, combining structure with flexibility and sound judgment.

You will:

• Challenge stakeholders to define clear objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
• Translate business goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables and coordinate activities across departments to ensure steady project progress.
• Facilitate discussions, manage dependencies, enable fast decision-making and maintain realistic control over scope, timelines, and budget.
• Integrate privacy, compliance, and internal controls into every stage of delivery.
• Support teams in adopting new processes and ways of working post-implementation.
• Manage vendors effectively and ensure they deliver agreed outcomes.
• Evaluate project success through measurable impact and business value.

You have:

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within corporate functions.
• The confidence to challenge, prioritise, and maintain focus under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) is preferred.
• A structured, results-driven approach to planning and communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, from executive to operational level.
• A pragmatic mindset - you deliver meaningful results, not just activity.
• Affinity with business systems such as SAP is essential, as it forms the backbone of our organisation.
