Job Description

As Inventory Controlling Analyst, you’ll be part of a dedicated team overseeing the financial performance of global inventories running through the Stock Holding Principal (SHP) structure. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager Inventory Controlling, you’ll collaborate with key planning, logistics, and finance stakeholders to ensure our goods flows and stock valuation are tightly managed and compliant.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directly controlling SHP inventories and driving reliable global inventory outlooks
  • Conducting detailed inventory analysis via value bridge and ISCT inventory days reporting
  • Leading improvement plans (e.g., Performance+ Program) to reduce excess stock
  • Ensuring correct inventory valuation (FIFO / NRV / ICPE) aligned with IFRS standards
  • Managing obsoletes risk processes and internal controls
  • Supporting goods flow controlling: price variances, reference pricing, cost-plus markup
  • Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Acting as a financial challenger and supporter to Planning Leads

Team Details

As Inventory Controlling Analyst you will become part of the Global Plan & Logistic Finance department (11 FTE). In this role you will directly report to the Finance Manager inventory controlling. The inventory controlling team (4 FTE), part of the Global Plan & Logistic Finance department, is responsible for the financials aspect of the inventories and goods movement.

You’ll work closely with various internal teams including Plan & Deliver Leads, S&OP teams, Logistics Managers, and Controllers across strategic partnerships, commercial teams, and plants globally.
