Your role in our shared journey 

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by leading the creative execution of ASICS’ global brand identity across campaigns, digital content and global events.

As a Senior Creative Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced worldwide—ensuring consistency, elevating visual storytelling, and inspiring creativity through scalable toolkits and collaborative partnerships with internal teams and external agencies.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Drive creative output across Performance Running, Core Performance Sports, and Sportstyle campaigns, ensuring alignment with ASICS’ global creative vision and brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on direction for campaign/event shoots and lead the review and approval of hero visuals and treatments to ensure excellence and consistency.
  • Lead the creative development and on-site execution of key brand events, launches, and activations.
  • Guide the creation of visual assets for events (stage design, merchandise, signage), ensuring timely and brand-aligned output.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure campaigns and events meet strategic goals, market needs, and creative quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable creative toolkits and templates to support global and regional implementation.
  • Support the creation of global brand assets and GTM toolkits, including OneASICS, seasonal storytelling, and shared cross-category deliverables to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Guide team members with clear creative direction and support the evolution of the global brand playbook and visual identity systems.

You have the following skills: 

  • 5-6 years of experience in creative execution, art direction, or design leadership within a brand or agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact brand campaigns, event designs, and creative systems—with a clear ability to translate brand purpose into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to execute and elevate creative work across multiple channels and categories.
  • Skilled in collaborating with external creative agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders to guide campaign and event execution from concept through delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in art direction, from pre-production to on-set leadership and asset approval, with a clear eye for quality, storytelling, and detail.
  • Experienced in mentoring junior designers and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture that strives for continuous creative improvement.
