Job description

At JouwWeb (and Webador), our mission is to make entrepreneurship accessible for everyone. As our German Country Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind an excellent experience for German-speaking users. You will localize our tool and communications (webador.de), guide and encourage (prospective) customers via email and social media, and spot opportunities to improve the product and customer journey. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow Country Managers, Marketing, and Development, and you’ll contribute to smarter processes by leveraging automation and AI. Your work directly influences adoption, satisfaction, and growth in the DACH region.

You will work on

• Helping small business owners build their website via email and social media (service with a growth lens).
• Localizing our tool and content for webador.de; adapting tone and messaging to German culture.
• Identifying and prioritizing product and CX improvements from customer insights.
• Supporting (online) marketing initiatives and awareness in German-speaking countries.
• Contributing to AI- and tech-driven projects to optimize tooling (e.g., Zendesk, chatbot), workflows, and automation.

Job requirements

Who we are looking for

• 1+ year in a support/communication or related role; you’re an excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Fluent in German and a strong understanding of German culture and norms (native-level written & verbal).
• English is our working language; no Dutch required.
• You proactively suggest improvements, are tech-curious (incl. AI), and enjoy making workflows smarter.
• You are available 32–40 hours per week.
