How will you help power the Netherlands? As a Business Process Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining offshore processes that enable our maintenance teams to work safely and effectively. You will also be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. In addition, you are responsible for:

• Support and coordinate operational and maintenance processes – Help set up and continuously improve processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements – Detect inefficiencies, identify areas for process improvement, and propose practical solutions to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards – Monitor adherence to safety procedures, technical norms, and maintenance plans.
• Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement – Facilitate awareness and engagement within the team and across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and map current processes.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on updated procedures.

You will join the Business Excellence team at GON, consisting of 11 colleagues. Together, you work on optimizing Offshore processes, a key task for a safe, efficient, and sustainable energy supply. Within our team, we foster a collaborative and innovative environment, where improvement initiatives are actively supported.

• Technical and process-oriented mindset – Able to translate operational challenges into effective processes.
• Hands-on mentality with strong communication skills – Can engage stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Result-oriented and structured – Ensures high-quality delivery and follows through on commitments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies is a plus.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably offshore. In-depth knowledge of maintenance execution, work preparation, or process coordination.
• Proven experience in process management or business analysis.
• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, (Technical) Business Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

We offer you:

• A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 40 hours per week or year contract with the intention to be determined after 1 or 2 years.
• Market-conform salary in scale 7: €4088 to €7230 per month, excluding 8% holiday pay and a 6% year-end bonus, with 70% pension contribution.
