You and your job

We need your help to design, build and execute our plan for a GenAI portal. This portal is a very exciting project and extremely valuable for our users. As a full stack engineer, you will join a multi-disciplinary team where you will have end-to-end responsibilities for our solutions.

Practical examples:

• Design and build a scalable, secure, and cost effective portal through which GenAI capabilities can be deployed
• Pair-program with team members to solve critical or complex problems.
• Mentor and guide the team on using GenAI capabilities to give insights into our Area’s building blocks

Facts & figures:

• Mostly greenfield, very little legacy work.
• Approx. 43,822 Rabobank colleagues around the world.

You and your talent

• Technical Leadership:
  • Design and implement scalable IT systems using Azure services (e.g., Azure Container Apps, Azure Functions, API Gateway, Kafka).
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and Biceps.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization following Rabobank standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Business to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for infrastructure service scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bringing complex IT systems into production.
• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and API development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical teams.
