To achieve this, we are transforming our processes, technologies, and services. Guided by the principles of Simplify at Scale (S@S Spotify model), Tech4Engineering is evolving into a tribe where business and IT collaborate within a shared governance model.
Within this structure, the Consumer Interaction area plays a pivotal role in the engineering journey. The area focuses on simplifying work item management, delivering transparent and actionable interactions to support continuous improvement, and enabling strategic portfolio management. It also plays a key role in supporting service providers as they onboard their services into the Service Store and begin their journey toward becoming Managed Standardized Services (MSS). Through marketing and customer success initiatives, the team ensures that capabilities and services are easy to discover, request, and use effectively. By joining this area, you’ll help ensure that engineers and service providers are equipped with the right tools, insights, and support to start strong and deliver value from day one.

By learning from recurring questions and incidents, you will foster a culture of proactiveness, ownership, and entrepreneurship. Ultimately, you will strive to bridge the gap between what is available and what is needed to fully enable engineers within Rabobank.
We aim to provide compliant, standardized, and user-friendly 24x7 services for our consumers by transforming existing tools into scalable services and developing innovative smart solutions. In this context, aspects such as performance and compliance within the framework of standards, information security, and risk are important. You will empower squads by implementing and evolving the DevOps and S@S ways of working. In this role, you will coach, guide, and support squads, while also being HR-responsible for Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps Engineers. You continuously interact with your environment to ensure the right services are provided. In collaboration with the Area Lead and Business Architect, you ensure prioritization, roadmap delivery, and optimal contribution to Rabobank’s strategic goals. Within the area triangle, you serve as the main IT delivery expert.
As a Senior Tech Lead within Tech4Engineering, you play a strategic and operational leadership role. You are a member of the Management Team (MT) of Tech4Engineering, where you help shape and further develop the IT strategy. You bring strong technical expertise in software development, security, and performance, and are well-versed in agile methodologies. You understand the risk and compliance requirements of a bank and have a broad interest in IT trends. You are a self-starter with intrinsic motivation and a strong sense of ownership. You have experience in hiring the right engineers and working directly with squads to deliver solutions that make a positive impact for Rabobank’s customers.
