Reporting to the Senior Global Director of Leisure Sales, the Leisure Sales Manager represents the global Minor Hotels Europe & Americas portfolio in the leisure market. Through a result-driven approach, you will maximize revenues and profit for assigned accounts and develop new opportunities by establishing a complete action plan. The Manager represents all brands in main strategic (inter)national sales activities, in line with the commercial plan. You will coordinate sales efforts within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas generated through sales calls within the geographic working area.

Your Role at a Glance

  • Represent all hotels within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Germany, Austria & Switzerland, working with a portfolio of accounts and developing new leads and potential accounts.
  • Manage assigned portfolio/accounts and develop new and existing business.
  • Develop and source new potential accounts and contacts.
  • Ensure that strategy is executed, followed up, and monitored in a consistent way.
  • Implement leisure sales policies and procedures properly.
  • Maintain good and open communication within the Sales team, Hotels, and stakeholders.
  • Attend trade shows and represent Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.

You should possess strong commercial, communication, and analytical skills needed to make smart business decisions in the execution of the commercial plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and negotiation within the tour-operator environment.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including operations (hotels), GEM/CRO, and revenue.
  • Ability to travel as and when business needs demand.
  • In possession of a driver's license.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Dutch is a plus).
