Wat ga jij doen?
Wanneer het contract voor een meeting, event of een groepsreservering definitief is gemaakt door onze Sales collega's neem jij het stokje over. Jij bent aanspreekpunt voor de klant en je zorgt ervoor dat zijn/haar evenement perfect is voorbereid. Jij zorgt dat alle details besproken zijn en dat de wensen van de klant worden opgenomen in het draaiboek. Een belangrijk aspect van de stage is het maximaliseren van de omzet door upselling en cross-selling. Je draagt zorg over eventuele last-minute veranderingen en onderhoudt de communicatie met zowel de klant als de verschillende (uitvoerende) afdelingen in het hotel. Zij gaan immers het evenement dat jij hebt voorbereid tot uitvoering brengen. Door jouw organisatietalent blijven onze klanten met plezier en vertrouwen bij Minor Hotels boeken!
