What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry. First, you will be getting trained in all the departments before you can assume your duties. After that, you independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty. You are part of the Management Team and you are the first contact for guests. You assist guests with questions, comments, and complaints and, if necessary, you assist other departments whenever it is needed most. You will also be dealing with calamities and any other emergencies such as fire alarms, sick guests, and similar.

You know the hotel, your colleagues, and the guests like no other. As a result, your knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel Management are developed quickly and you will be fully prepared for your career as a young professional in the hospitality industry.

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

  • You are currently enrolled for Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality or any other relevant study
  • You are available for a minimum of 6 months
  • You are eager to learn and develop in understanding how a large international hotel runs
  • You are flexible but you also stand firm whenever it is needed
  • You are service-oriented, you dare to make decisions and you have an excellent command of the English language. Dutch is a strong benefit
  • You can work independently, but you also enjoy working in a team
  • You are a problem-solver, can act decisively, and you can think of solutions instead of problems
