Digital Assurance and Innovation Department is a dynamic and fast growing part of KPMG NL that is at the forefront of digital innovation.

We are currently seeking a Product Owner/Manager to join our Reporting and Insights team, responsible for AI-based products.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business, Engineering or Computer Science
• CSRD/ESG expertise or willingness to learn the domain
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills

KPMG's Digital Audit and Innovation team (DANI) is a fast-growing innovation hub within the audit practice, designed to future-proof assurance through cutting-edge digital solutions. DANI’s mission is to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and insight by leveraging data-driven technologies. Their solutions support the full audit lifecycle—from data extraction and processing to automated procedures—delivering faster, smarter, and more insightful audits.

As a Product Manager and Team Lead within the Digital Audit and Innovation Team (DANI) at KPMG NL, you are responsible for the product lifecycle of products within your portfolio. From defining user requirements to providing demos to clients, you are the to-go person for your products and a reliable leader for your team.

You are well versed in Agile way of working and stay on top of team's prioritization for short- and long-term. Alignment of product roadmap with strategic business goals is always top of mind in everything you do.

During demos and client meetings, whether online or in-person, you know how to impress the users and show the product in a way that is relevant and exciting. You know how to adjust your communication style based on the stakeholders you are communicating with.

• Gross salary between €4,900 and €5,500 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
