Marketing Internship: Strategy & Activation - Aptamil

Do you love brand communication, storytelling, and working on global marketing campaigns? Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and contribute to shaping a global brand that supports millions of parents worldwide? Then apply now and join us as our new Strategy & Activation Intern in our Hoofddorp office starting December 2025!

In this internship, you will be part of the Global Aptamil Strategy and Activation team, within our Specialized Nutrition business. Our purpose is to transform Aptamil into a purposeful brand that truly supports new parents across the globe. During this internship, you will collaborate with internal teams (IBC, Digital, Science, Regulatory) and external agencies to support brand activation initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with our agencies to manage the asset creation process, from brief to approval;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business goals;
  • Conducting an in-depth review of the Aptamil asset library and proposing optimizations;
  • Helping create presentations and toolkits for Business Units;
  • Reviewing asset performance and suggesting improvements.

About you

As a Strategy & Activation Intern, communication and collaboration will be second nature to you. You can manage projects, bring ideas to the table, and have a passion for brand storytelling. You have a strong understanding of brand marketing and content development principles. On top of that? You’re a proactive, highly organized and curious team player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and grow.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student in Marketing, Communications, Business or any related field during the whole internship period;
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
  • Ideally available to start in December 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written; additional languages are considered as a plus;
  • You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2-3 days per week.
