We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile communications professional to support both internal and external communication initiatives across all our markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about impactful storytelling and strategic alignment. Key responsibilities include content creation and editorial support, channel management and collaborating in projects.

This is what you'll be doing as a Corporate Communications Adviser:

  • Draft engaging content for internal newsletters, social media posts, and press materials.
  • Assist in editing and proofreading communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and tone of voice.
  • Coordinate updates and alignment of the internal firmwide newsletter.
  • Support in managing other communication channels including narrowcasting, and intranet.
  • Initiate and develop video projects to support internal campaigns and external storytelling.
  • Liaise with designers, videographers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
  • Assist in project management tasks such as event coordination, content planning, and analytics reporting.

This vacancy is perfect for you because you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a corporate communications role;
  • A proactive communicator with strong writing and editing skills;
  • Experience in managing communication channels and coordinating cross-functional projects;
  • Familiarity with digital tools for intranet, newsletters, and video production;
  • Comfortable using digital tools and analytics to measure impact;
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and geographies;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Dutch can be an advantage.
