• Own and scale SEO strategies that drive discovery across markets, languages, and user needs.
• Make our websites lightning-fast, crystal-clear, and built to convert, from first click to final action.
• Lead a high-performing team and work across product, design, and marketing to deliver real growth.

This challenge is perfect for you if

• You know how to build SEO strategies that drive meaningful traffic across markets, languages, and user segments.
• You’ve run large-scale websites and know how to make them fast, intuitive, mobile-friendly, and accessible, ideally with hands-on experience in Framer.
• You turn data into action, using analytics tools to optimize performance and conversion at every step.
• You lead with clarity, give great feedback, and align teams across product, design, and marketing.
• You’re fluent in English and can communicate complex ideas effectively across global teams.
