Lead a High-Performing Logistics Team in Europe

As Senior Manager of Warehousing and Distribution for Europe, you will lead a high-performing logistics team managing a regional warehouse network and customer transport operations executed through logistics service providers (LSPs). You’ll oversee the European logistics budget and drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness across the region.

Value Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring service excellence within agreed cost and performance parameters.
  • Develop and execute the European logistics strategy aligned with commercial and operational goals.
  • Lead cost optimization, process improvement, and network efficiency projects across multiple markets.

Contract Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with logistics service providers.
  • Drive performance management, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives with LSPs.
  • Support negotiations with existing and new strategic partners to enhance service and cost outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Legal, and others) to align logistics strategy and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on strategic logistics decisions and resolving complex operational challenges.
  • Champion cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a geographically dispersed European logistics team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution within a B2B environment—ideally in small domestic appliances or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven operational acumen with the ability to manage complex logistics networks and deliver tangible results.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with a track record of solving complex logistics challenges.
  • Resilient, agile, and adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced business environments.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
