Join ASML’s Talent Engagement Team as an Intern

You’ll help strengthen our graduate programs and community initiatives that connect ASML with the next generation of innovators.

Your assignment

As an Intern in Talent Engagement, you’ll join a dynamic team that connects ASML with students and academic partners. You’ll help organize impactful events, improve communication materials, and analyze data to enhance our programs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Co-organize and participate in community initiatives such as summer schools and university study tours.
  • Coordinate logistics and planning for early career programs.
  • Update and improve communication materials, including presentations and internal/external pages.
  • Analyze program data and visualize impact through clear reporting.
  • Research market trends and present findings to the team.
  • Streamline workflows and processes to boost program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members while proactively engaging with other departments.

Your profile

To be suitable for the internship, you:

  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Have strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Communicate clearly in English and enjoy working in a global environment.
  • Are analytical and comfortable working with data.
  • Take initiative and ask questions when needed.

This is an internship for 4 to 5 days a week with a duration of a minimum of 4 months. The preferred start date of this internship is February 1st, 2026. The internship is hybrid, with days in the office and working from home.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship.
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be able to perform your internship. If you’re currently living or studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include your willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation explaining why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular.
