How do you do this? As a Junior Consultant in our Sourcing & Procurement practice, you will:

• Support in delivery of projects for industry-leading clients in and outside the Netherlands
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of Deloitte colleagues and clients, with a high level of integrity;
• Commit to challenging the status quo to deliver (digital) solutions for complex challenges;
• Share your entrepreneurial spirit through ideas to support the growth of our leading Sourcing & Procurement practice;
• Continuously develop yourself by emerging yourself in extensive learning & training opportunities including on-the-job training.

Projects differ greatly in content and industry. Within various organizations – from consumer goods to energy, chemicals, manufacturing, humanitarian and retail - you will work on, for example, strategic assessments of the state of the procurement organization to larger transformation projects that can last several months. In addition, we value personal development highly: you will have a coach to support you in setting up and following your personal growth plan. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives in areas such as sustainability, digitalization and diversity.

Jouw expertise deel je met zo'n 70 andere collega's in het Supply Chain & Network Operations-team dat onderdeel is van Deloitte Technology & Transformation. Ons team richt zich op het leveren van uitdagende projecten over de gehele supply chain. Typische projecten zijn het creëren van een supply chain strategie, netwerk (re-)design, supply chain planning, logistiek & distributie en sourcing & procurement. Binnen deze afdeling vinden we het belangrijk om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen. Daarom hechten we veel waarde aan innovatie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Bij Deloitte werken we hybride.
