Technical Specialist – Center of Excellence Services for Legisway

As a Technical Specialist in the Center of Excellence Services for Legisway, you will contribute significantly to our Technology Implementation Consulting team by providing expert-level technical support to our implementation consultants and play a critical role in ensuring the technical robustness of Legisway implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to consultants, especially on complex topics like APIs and data migration.
  • Actively participate in the LS3 & LF ticket queues to prioritize and analyze bug tickets and product feedback.
  • Execute UAT for new features and releases from a technical services standpoint.
  • Contribute to the Services Efficiency Roadmap and advise on technical aspects of product improvements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new consultants with a focus on technical skills and certifications.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to filter and prioritize technical feedback.

Skills required:

  • Deep technical knowledge of Legisway (Enterprise, Essentials and Core/Advanced/Expert) or a comparable tool and/or of APIs and integrations and/or data migration.
  • Experience in technical consulting or support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate technical insights into actionable service improvements.
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator.

  • Fluent in English, with strong fluency in French and/or German preferred.
