Admin Support BP and Product Configuration Specialist

Key Responsibilities/What you do

The Administrative Support of Business Partner and Product Configuration role is placed within our Operations Steering and Transformation division. You will support key users of the department with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate business partner and hand over portfolio configuration, including ongoing maintenance. This position requires a high level of accuracy.

• Business partner configuration & maintenance: Entering and maintaining master data, agreements, and commission schemes
• Hand over portfolio (HOP): Managing the hand over portfolio process
• Executing HOP and informing the business partner: Ensuring smooth execution and communication
• Administrative support to the department: Providing general administrative assistance as needed
