As our Senior Manager Revenue Growth Europe, you are responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across segments, customers, and channels. This role drives trade term and pricing excellence for the Premium+ channel, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with brand strategy. It combines strategic design of trade term frameworks, pricing execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous performance monitoring. The role provides actionable insights through market analysis and reporting, helping the business maximize trade investment returns, optimize pricing decisions, and maintain strong retailer relationships to support sustainable growth.

Your Main Focus:

  • Trade Terms Optimization: Design and manage trade frameworks to align with brand goals and maximize ROI.
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop, execute, and monitor pricing initiatives to drive AUP/RSP improvements and profitable growth.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth implementation and clear communication.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on trade investment, pricing performance, and sell-in/sell-out results.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities to enhance terms and pricing strategy.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You enjoy collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to turn insights into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution. With strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset, you focus on delivering measurable results, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Trade Terms Management Experience (5–7 years): Proven track record of optimizing trade terms for profitability within Beauty/Cosmetics or FMCG, with a focus on premium channels.
  • Pricing Strategy & Execution (3–5 years): Experience developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing RSP/LP, and improving AUP/RSP ratio to drive revenue growth.
  • Financial Acumen & P&L Management: Strong grasp of customer P&L, pricing mechanics, and trade spend management, with experience evaluating financial impact and managing budgets.
  • Analytical & Modeling Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise, with the ability to build, analyze, and visualize trade term and pricing scenarios.
