As our Senior Manager Revenue Growth Europe, you are responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across segments, customers, and channels. This role drives trade term and pricing excellence for the Premium+ channel, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and alignment with brand strategy. It combines strategic design of trade term frameworks, pricing execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous performance monitoring. The role provides actionable insights through market analysis and reporting, helping the business maximize trade investment returns, optimize pricing decisions, and maintain strong retailer relationships to support sustainable growth.
