About the role:

We’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional to help shape and activate our global category strategy. In this role, you’ll define how our brand shows up in the market—leading 360° marketing campaigns and product activations that drive business growth and strengthen our global presence.

You will play a key role in developing and executing the global marketing strategy, partnering cross-functionally with Insights & Development to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market stories. From defining “where to play” to bringing category playbooks and trade narratives to life, you’ll help steer strategic priorities into tangible, market-ready activations.

As the lead for global 360° campaign development, you’ll create master assets and toolkits for use across digital, social, and offline touchpoints—including packaging, foundational content, and in-store materials—ensuring seamless brand execution and consistency worldwide.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Collaborate with Product Management to steer innovation in line with strategy and consumer trends.
  • Support development of category strategy, including defining where to play and creating playbooks.
  • Lead creation and deployment of global marketing toolkits to local markets.
  • Lead ideation, design, and development of master assets, including digital, offline, and product launch activations.
  • Ensure strong final consumer-facing work for packaging and foundational assets.
  • Effectively manage the budget and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product development, or on the agency side.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex marketing initiatives at scale.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
