Introduction to the Job

As an OCM College Lead at ASML, you play a key role in building the change capabilities that enable our global transformations. You help shape how ASML adapts to change, ensuring our teams are equipped to lead and sustain transformation efforts that drive real business impact. Your expert vision on change management, enthusiastic approach towards building OCM capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills bring ASML’s change management capabilities to the next level!

Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you lead the development and execution of learning strategies that strengthen ASML’s change management capabilities. You collaborate across departments to deliver impactful learning solutions and equip the organization with OCM means, methods, and capabilities required to lead and sustain transformations across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop the Change College strategy in alignment with the OCM competence vision and roadmap, and provide input for strategy development in the ASML Academy.
  • Contribute to the annual Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) needs analysis. Take ownership for design, delivery, and deployment of all OCM learning solutions, including the OCM Skill Matrix for all customers of the College. Design the College L&KM roadmap and ensure business needs are embedded into relevant and impactful L&KM solutions, managing and ensuring realization of the annual plan and budget.
  • Manage and monitor integration of critical topics, skills, and competencies within the business expertise area in the design, development, and delivery of OCM L&KM solutions, including design, development, integration within other Academies, and maintenance of all learning platforms.
  • Formulate KPIs, evaluate, and monitor the performance on all OCM L&KM objectives. You are responsible for the marketing of the L&KM solutions to potential learners and their managers.
  • Build and maintain a formal and informal network across the business to ensure a proper understanding of the business needs.
  • Manage all OCM vendor relations and performance monitoring.

Education and Experience

To succeed as an OCM College Lead, you bring:

  • A master’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 10 years of extensive experience in change management, combined with experience in learning & development and Learning and Knowledge Management solutions for business.
  • Proven experience in translating learning needs into learning paths.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to shift between operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

Other Information

In this role, you report to the OCM CC Lead and are positioned in the Transformation Support team in the sector Business Performance Improvement (BPI). You have a functional dotted line to the Execution Excellence Academy Lead, residing in the ASML Academy, and work with the business, competence centers, Learning Shared Services, and external suppliers to drive the strategy and execution of the College.
