📍This job position is based at our HQ in Eindhoven. We expect you to be in the office three days a week.

Our Performance Marketing Team is the driving force behind lead generation and demand gen through paid media channels. Right now, we are a team of 2 performance marketing professionals who share the same passion and values.

This position will help manage the ‘Demand Creation’ funnel for performance marketing.

Demand Gen refers to the strategic process of initiating, managing, and increasing consumer interest, desire, and need for a product or service through targeted marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts.

What you will do in this role 🧐

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content & Design teams to facilitate the creation of new content specific to paid ads
  • Manage campaigns on Paid Search & Social channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Tiktok, Etc)
  • Support the other performance marketers with optimisations and campaign management
  • Research market trends and identify new opportunities to test
  • Plan and implement experiments
  • Implement paid media strategies and make tactical decisions
  • Plan, manage and forecast budgets for the demand creation team
  • Assist with reporting the campaigns’ performance in various tools

What the ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • 3+ year of experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (other ad systems are considered as a huge plus)
  • Experience working with a paid demand generation funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Decision)
  • Motivation to learn, grow and not being afraid to fail
  • Outstanding self-organization skills (You have a spreadsheet to organize your spreadsheets? Wow!)
  • Fluency in English

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (Content, tools, etc)
  • B2B or SaaS experience
  • Experience working with ABM, MAP and CRMs
  • Growth marketing background (CRO, A/B Testing, personalization, enrichment data tools etc.)
  • Proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch is a major plus!
  • You’re data driven, not afraid to dig into pivot tables to get answers

Wij bieden een compleet systeem waarmee de kleine of middelgrote webwinkelier al zijn pakketten gemakkelijk verzendklaar kan maken. Dankzij de verregaande integratie met verschillende webshop systemen zoals Magento, OpenCart, SEOshop en vele andere, is het mogelijk om alle zendingen direct te importeren naar SendCloud. Hier kan vervolgens voor alle zendingen een verzendmethode worden aangevraagd, in één keer of individueel. Een pakket kan verzonden worden met de 24-uurs service van PostNL in heel Europa, eventueel met handtekening voor ontvangst of verzekerd. Daarnaast neemt het systeem veel tijdrovend werk uit handen door middel van een koppeling tussen de webwinkel en onze verzendomgeving.
