Who are we looking for?

At Onetrail, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Relationship Specialist. In this role, you will be the link between our customers, the sales team, and the support department. You will ensure that existing customers remain satisfied and that new opportunities are seized.

What will you be doing?

  • You will maintain daily contact with existing customers and answer their questions.
  • You will identify commercial opportunities and liaise with the sales team to pursue them.
  • You will coordinate internal activities to ensure that customer agreements are properly fulfilled.
  • You will contribute ideas for improvements in customer relationships and actively contribute to their success.
  • You will support the onboarding of new customers.

We ask:

  • A customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills. HBO level.

  • Affinity for sales and relationship management.

  • You enjoy switching between different teams and interests.

  • A proactive attitude: you see opportunities and seize them.

  • Dutch and English speaking
