Your Tasks

• Coordinate activities with our GBS team in Spain and ensure smooth daily operations
• Take ownership of complex supplier issues and escalate when necessary
• Monitor workloads, backlogs, and priorities across the GBS Wholesale team
• Guide and support team members by clarifying procedures and helping resolve issues
• Work on process optimization and efficiency, proactively suggesting and implementing improvements

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• 1-4 years of experience in Purchase to Pay or Accounts Payable
• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player
• Hands-on and detail oriented, with a drive for improvement
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
