Become a Senior IT Manager in Supply Chain for BeNeLux

Working together in a team of local IT Business Partners, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business is engaged and involved in executing the local IT roadmaps within the Customer Service and Supply Chain organization. You will provide business, process, and technical expertise and be our single point of contact for ensuring that end-to-end IT Services are delivered successfully. We believe that you are not afraid to challenge existing business practices and drive value-based changes through technology.

Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg represent a significant portion of the total FBN Business Unit, which can translate into up to 10+ IT projects (50k - 1M Euro size) per year being requested/implemented within the Customer Service and Supply Chain area, requiring oversight by this role. The role will also support the Profectus Extended Warehouse Management transformation of the BeNeLux region. We expect you to become a part of our family, as an accepted and valued partner into the BeNeLux CSSC Business.

You will report to the IT Lead of Netherlands and have a dotted line to the IT Lead of BeLux. In addition, you will be part of our global multi-cultural IT organization, working within a matrix environment, building collaborative relationships with all IT functions to drive a successful technology journey for the BeNeLux CSSC organization.

What you'll do

• Contribute to defining and delivering the IT strategic roadmap for the BeNeLux CSSC function, including key transformation initiatives such as Profectus.
• Consult and advise BeNeLux CSSC teams on IT-related services, capabilities, and innovations.
• Take leadership and be accountable for value delivery through IT Services in the BeNeLux.
• Collaborate with central functions across IT such as Strategic Business Solutions, Solution Delivery, Service Delivery, and Profectus.
• Learn from other Business Units and share best practices to leverage synergies.
• Prepare business analysis and make decisions on business cases together with the business.
• Be an active member of the FBN Business Partner community.

What you'll bring

• More than 5 years of experience, ideally in project management and/or leadership with technology-driven projects in the supply chain domain.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch (French is a plus).
• Experience working within a matrix environment.
• Good understanding of factory and warehouse processes and the ability to support the business in streamlining operations.
• Experience in the conception of ideas and developing them into IT systems.
• Experience in driving Change Management.
• Knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management technologies and SAP S4/HANA is a bonus.

Additionally, you are a strong communicator, able to turn complex information into visual and understandable content for different audiences. You excel at managing time and setting priorities. You should have the ability to understand the BPT roadmap for the BeNeLux CSSC organization and the business strategy for BeNeLux, and be able to implement and drive technology-related changes.

The role is hybrid, with the possibility of working from home two days a week. Some business travel within the region will be required, especially during peak project times.
