About this role
The Global Loyalty Senior Team Lead is responsible for driving the growth and success of JET's core loyalty programmes, JET+ (subscription) and Stamp Cards (savings). This pivotal role collaborates closely with Global Product and Commercial teams to continuously enhance the value proposition and overall strategy of these programmes. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in loyalty and subscription models, demonstrating a proven ability to drive significant incremental growth and profitability within this space. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, robust analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a data-driven decision-making approach. This leader will inspire and guide a team of experienced specialists to achieve ambitious loyalty objectives.
This is a new, strategically important role within the Customer Engagement & Loyalty department, residing within the Loyalty & Activation pillar. The role has been created to centralize focus and accelerate the growth of the JET+ and Stamp Card programmes. This dedicated leadership will streamline loyalty and customer activation activities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to building long-term customer relationships and driving business.
