Introduction
At the Performance and Integration Department, we integrate and qualify the performance of ASML lithography machines. All subsystems come together and are assembled and checked to meet customer specifications. Dedicated groups check each individual performance parameter, with productivity being one of the crucial system performance parameters. Productivity varies and depends on the machine's options and upgrade configuration. Complete information regarding machines’ expected vs actual performance is crucial in platform development and troubleshooting work.
