International On Site Project Manager

We are recruiting for the position of Field Service Site Supervisor for our Poultry Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the on-site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This position plays a key part in ensuring that installations are carried out according to JBT Marel specifications, project plans, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Extensive in-house technical preparation and planning with the project team.
• Supervise installations at our customers’ sites worldwide.
• Maintain control of project planning at all times.
• Work closely with the JBT Marel project team, customers, and local sub-contractors.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the project.
• Clearly communicate project plans, technical instructions, and feedback to JBT Marel.
• Ensure timely reporting in accordance with JBT Marel policies.
• Report safety concerns and incidents to management throughout the project.

What kind of a person are you?

To be successful in this role, you recognize yourself in the profile below:

• Proven experience in supervising on-site installations, with strong technical know-how.
• Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work activities based on project demands, equipment volume, and personnel capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report, and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time).
