Job Description:

As a CXM Solution Architect, you will design and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale CXM architectures that transform customer engagement. You will create future-proof Martech ecosystems that enable real-time, data-driven personalization connected to scalable content delivery and driving composable commerce—building seamless, connected experiences that strengthen brands. Beyond technical expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning business vision with technology execution and guiding clients through their digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise CXM Architecture: Define and govern CXM architectures that unify systems, data, and processes to deliver seamless, connected customer experiences at scale, fully aligned with clients’ enterprise strategies.
  • Martech Leadership: Set the standard for best-in-class Martech stacks, ensuring seamless interoperability across CDPs, analytics, data models, decisioning engines, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration platforms. Design solutions that are scalable, secure, and leverage AI to its fullest potential.
  • Applied AI & Personalization: Embed predictive analytics, generative AI, and real-time next-best-action capabilities to drive personalization, optimize campaigns, and elevate engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Advisory & Pre-Sales: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, collaborating with client architects to embed change, shape transformation roadmaps, and co-create compelling value propositions that win enterprise deals.
  • Strategy-to-Execution Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams—analysts, developers, designers, data engineers, and business owners—ensuring architectural decisions stay aligned with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of CXM, AI, and commerce trends to identify opportunities for automation, new revenue streams, and competitive differentiation.
  • Content & Commerce Integration: Design architectures that seamlessly integrate CMS and commerce solutions, enabling unified, omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in enterprise-scale CXM architecture, with deep expertise in Martech ecosystems and omnichannel engagement.
  • Strong enterprise architecture background, balancing strategic vision with pragmatic delivery.
  • Experience in consultative selling and pre-sales at the C-level, influencing strategic decisions and securing major deals.
  • Expertise with leading platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, and related Martech/CMS solutions.
  • Skilled at integrating Martech with analytics platforms, AI/ML environments, digital channels, and ideally commerce/DAM solutions.
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence, able to translate complex architecture and AI concepts into clear business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on building scalable, data-driven, customer-centric solutions.
