Join NN's HR Strategy & Change team as a Senior HR Project Manager to lead key projects to implement HR strategy and manage the HR project portfolio. What you are going to do

Our HR Strategy & Change team plays a crucial role in shaping and executing these objectives, overseeing strategic initiatives, leading HR projects, and driving change and communication efforts. Ongoing projects include enhancing employee experience, implementing the EU Pay Transparency directive, rolling out the Global Job Framework, and embedding sustainability in our HR policies and practices.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead diverse large-scale HR projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries
  • Engage with HR leadership, Business Partners, and HR Directors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
  • Evaluate and improve HR project portfolio management to support direction and execution, and manage the project portfolio cycle of the strategic projects
  • Incorporate change management strategies into project plans, collaborating with a Change Manager
  • Manage project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a project management certification (e.g., Prince 2, Agile) preferred
  • Over 8 years of relevant HR project management experience in an international corporate setting
  • Experience in managing a project portfolio, and how to improve the reporting cycle to support steering and decision making
  • Strong project management and advisory skills, effective communication, and ability to collaborate with diverse groups
  • Knowledge or experience with change management methodologies, such as PROSCI, is advantageous
  • Understanding of HR practices and technology, data, and analytics
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal is required

The HR Strategy & Change team consists of specialists on portfolio & projects, change & transformation, communication, employee experience and sustainability. The team is responsible for building, managing, accelerating and monitoring our HR strategy. The team works together closely with other HR Centres of Expertise (Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward), HR shared services, the broader HR Community (both NL and International), and with a wide variety of other stakeholders within NN – such as Strategy, Corporate Relations and the various business units.
