Join Allianz Partners as a Junior Project Management Officer

Key responsibilities/What you do

Reporting to the MD, you will represent the interests of the MD of BeneLux & Nordics, serve as an interface between the MD’s office and the Functions/LoBs, and support with specific related projects. The position offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to both Group-level and regional/local senior management, and to be at the front-line of new business developments within Allianz.

Your tasks include:

  • Represent the MD and liaise with other top managers, board members, and key stakeholders
  • Actively support the MD in close coordination with the rest of the MD Office team
  • Actively support & participate in projects/initiatives as directed by the MD
  • Facilitate Board meetings, including pre-screening and preparing of Board meeting documents, and follow-up of action items
  • Provide effective support to your manager in preparing high quality documents (internal and external presentations, briefings, reports, newsletters…)

Draw attention/alert the MD to the priority changes, upcoming topics, risks…

Key requirements/What you bring

  • 0 to 2 years in a similar position or within areas such as business administration, project management, and/or consulting
  • A good understanding of the Insurance and/or Assistance business is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization
  • Extremely structured and organized, detail oriented
  • Complex information analysis skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills: ability to filter information, effective use of own resources, and handling of competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English including excellent writing skills; good level of French and Dutch would be a plus
