Internship Opportunity: Quality Europe C&R with Spanish

Being part of the Europe Region Correction and Removal (C&R) process will allow you to work with cross-functional teams to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on distributed products, ensuring patient safety, product quality, and customer and competent authorities satisfaction.

Your role:

  • Supporting timely completion of Customer Notification and Due Diligence within the Region
  • Supporting timely execution of Corrections & Removals (C&R) strategies as applicable for the local organization
  • Supporting timely reporting and closure of FSCA to Competent Authorities within the Region/Zone
  • Reviewing C&R communication when necessary
  • Ensuring escalations to relevant partners for C&R
  • Supporting the monitoring of C&R related KPIs and escalating timely when needed
  • Managing C&R files and documentation
  • Engaging with Philips C&R teams to support continuous improvement efforts in the C&R process

You're the right fit if:

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field
  • You are passionate about Quality, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn. Being a team player is second nature to you
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English. Additional European languages would be a plus
  • You have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you perform a part-time internship, you will receive the allowance pro-rata
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office: €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net
  • Paid holidays per internship term
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop
