  • Make inventory projections and assess risks related to excess and obsolete stock.
  • Resolve inefficient or over-planned inventory situations.
  • Optimize planning parameters to improve material flow.
  • Implement and refine planning policies and methodologies.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or business administration.
  • Good understanding of and experience with supply chain management processes, with focus on supply/material planning.
  • At least 7 years of experience in supply and material planning.
  • Hands-on experience with S&OP, master production scheduling, and production planning.
  • Proficiency in SAP tools such as SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP APO, and SAP HANA.

Skills

To thrive in this job, you’ll need the following skills:

  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well.
  • Lead change and drive project progress.
  • Analyze complex data while keeping a clear overview.
  • Build strong relationships and resolve issues collaboratively.
  • Communicate clearly and translate complexity into simple messages.
  • Presentation skills, translating complexity to understandable storyline.
